HOOK3D is a TikTok Shop management agency focused on the German market. We work with brands to build thriving creator communities that drive sales through TikTok Shop.
We're looking for a German native speaker based in Amsterdam to manage our creator communities on a daily basis.
What you'll do
- Keep daily contact with our creators — you're their go-to person
- Share daily content briefings and campaign updates
- Keep the community chat active and engaging so creators genuinely feel part of something
- Make sure no message goes unanswered and the energy stays high
Room to grow
- Coaching calls with creators are currently handled by someone else, but if you're interested in taking those on too — we're open to it
- As you get comfortable, there's the opportunity to get involved in strategy and campaign management as well
- We're a small team, so if you want to think with us and scale, that door is wide open
What we're looking for
- You love TikTok and genuinely understand the creator world
- Fluent German (native level) + good English
- Based in or around Amsterdam
- Proactive, warm communicator — you make people feel seen
- Organised enough to handle multiple conversations and campaigns at once
- Experience in community management, creator relations, or social media is a plus — but not a dealbreaker if you've got the right energy
